Birth & Death KMRP Data Entry & Reports

Birth and Death Information System is an online system, through which potential users of the product i.e. ULB’s in Karnataka, can enter Birth, Death and Stillbirth details and generate various mandatory ULB wise reports.

"Birth and Death Status Reports" is a web-based module developed to generate status reports for ULBs where Birth and Death online application went live and to monitor the 10 years Data Entry of Birth, Death and Still Birth records of KMRP-II Phase ULB’s.

Reports generated in this module have an option to generate Birth and Death Status reports based on Project wise, ULB wise, District wise and Division wise along with provision to save the report data in Excel format.

This module has one Data entry screen for KMRP — II Phase ULBs and following two reports :—

2. Birth and Death application online Usage Report
